Some things can't be healed by understanding them.

You can know exactly where a wound came from. You can talk about it, journal about it, understand it intellectually. And still feel it living in your body. Still feel like a part of you is somewhere else — or never fully came back.

This is that kind of work.

Shamanic Energy Work goes where words don't reach. Into the places in your body and your soul that hold what hasn't been processed yet — the grief that got frozen, the part of you that shut down to survive, the gifts that have been waiting underneath the noise.

You don't need to understand everything that happens in a session. You just need to be willing to receive it.

WHAT A SESSION IS LIKE

Every session is completely channeled and entirely unique to you. I don't follow a script or a protocol. My body leads — moving around you, working in your energy field, responding to what your soul actually needs in that moment.

Sessions are held in person in Springfield, MO, with virtual sessions coming soon.

Here's what you can generally expect:

You'll lie down on a massage table in a candlelit room. I'll guide you through a brief meditation to help your body settle and your mind quiet — and most people find that it goes much quieter than they expected.

From there, I follow what arises. You'll notice me moving — sometimes dramatically. My body leads the session: making mudras, moving around the table, responding to what your energy field is showing me. This isn't performance. It's an ancient form of ecstatic trance used across shamanic traditions for thousands of years to open a channel between worlds. Your nervous system recognizes it even if your mind doesn't — which is why many clients find themselves dropping into a deeply altered, peaceful state almost immediately, even if they've never meditated before.

Sessions typically include some combination of:

• Energy work in your auric field — clearing, reweaving, and restoring what's been disrupted. Many people feel this as warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of something shifting without being able to name exactly what.

• Hands-on healing — this can feel similar to Reiki, or it can feel more activating, like something is being switched on in your body. Sometimes both happen in the same session.

• Light language — vocal toning, singing, and sound that carries frequencies beyond what words can hold. Clients often describe this as the most surprising and moving part of the session. The songs that come through feel ancient and personal at the same time. Some people cry without knowing why. That's the point — it bypasses the mind and goes straight to the soul.

• Soul retrieval — when a part of you has fractured off due to trauma — a way your psyche protected itself — I journey to find it and bring it home. These are some of the most profound moments in my sessions. One client sat up afterward and said she felt like she'd gotten a piece of herself back that she didn't even realize was missing. Another recognized, from the posture my body took during the retrieval, the exact way she had sat on her bathroom floor after her miscarriage. She hadn't told me anything about it.

• Soul integration — sometimes a soul aspect arrives wanting to reunite with you, bringing gifts or traits that have been dormant. When this happens, I always check with you first. No one gets merged with anything without their full yes.

• Ancestral and inner child healing — sometimes what needs to be seen and heard isn't from this lifetime. Ancestors, loved ones who have passed, or younger versions of you may come through with something to say.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

A lot of energy healing stays at the surface — and there's real value in that. But this work goes deeper.

One of the things I'm most grateful for about how this work moves through me is that we can do profound healing without retraumatizing you. You won't be asked to relive painful memories or revisit trauma in detail. Your conscious mind stays protected. The healing happens at a level beneath it.

This is also not a reading. I won't be giving you a detailed report on your past lives or telling you who you were. The remembering that happens here is cellular, not intellectual. Your ego doesn't need to understand it for it to be real.

What clients consistently report afterward: feeling lighter. More whole. Like something that was heavy just isn't there anymore. And over the following weeks and months — waves of clarity, creative energy returning, intuitive gifts sharpening, life circumstances beginning to shift.

I first received soul retrieval and soul integration work as a client. In those sessions, I merged with aspects of myself I hadn't known were missing — a Priestess, a shaman, a medicine worker, a yogi. I didn't go searching for them. They came home.

I didn't plan what happened next. I just kept hearing the same message, over and over: get someone on the table and see what happens. Don't do a training. Just see what happens.

So I did. And my body already knew.

Human Design is a system that combines modern science with ancient wisdom traditions to map your soul's unique blueprint. It shows you how your energy works, how you're designed to make decisions, and why you are the way you are — including the parts you've been told are flaws.

Gene Keys goes deeper — into the shadow patterns, gifts, and higher purpose encoded in your chart. Where Human Design shows you the map, Gene Keys shows you the meaning.

I weave both together in every reading, because I've found that's where the real depth lives. Human Design gives you the strategy. Gene Keys gives you the soul.

Every reading is intuitive, not formulaic. Before we meet, I spend time with your chart — looking for the patterns, themes, and threads that are most alive and relevant for you right now. Then in session, I follow what wants to be said rather than moving through a checklist.

This means your reading will feel personal, because it is.

We'll cover the foundations — your energy type, strategy, authority, and profile — but we won't stop there. We'll go into your incarnation cross and key gates using the Gene Keys, which is where we can really dig into your purpose, your shadow patterns, and the areas of your life most ripe for growth.

I'll also give you tangible, practical strategies you can start using immediately — how to make decisions you won't regret, how to work with your energy rather than against it, and how to recognize when you're on track versus when you've drifted into conditioning.

And yes — there will be some loving truth bombs along the way. The parts of you that you've been most ashamed of are often the parts your design is most proud of. We're going to talk about those.

After your session, I'll send you a written guide with your key chart information broken down — your type, strategy, authority, profile, incarnation cross, and key gates — so you can revisit everything at your own pace. The session is intuitive. The report makes sure nothing gets lost.
