Sacred Energy Work & Soul Healing goes where the mind cannot. It works at the level of the body, the energy field, and the soul — clearing what no longer belongs to you, healing what has been waiting to be healed, and awakening what has been lying dormant.
You don't need to understand what's happening for it to work. You don't need to relive anything painful for it to shift. The healing — and the awakening — happens at a cellular level. Beneath the mind. Beneath the story. In the place where the real remembering lives.

Rather than asking you to analyze or relive what happened, the healing occurs through the body and the energy field directly — through sacred sound, light language, hands-on energy work, and a ceremonial container that creates space for the soul to do what it has been waiting to do.

And then once we've cleared what no longer belongs to you, we wake up what does.
What to Expect
for in-person sessions in Springfield, MO
You'll arrive at a quiet, candlelit space. You'll lie on a massage table, fully clothed, and be guided through a simple relaxation to help your body settle and your mind grow still.
From there, every session is different because every person is different.
Alyssa’s body leads, moving around you, working in your energy field, responding to what your soul actually needs in that moment. Divine intelligence moves through her body in ways that can look like prayer, like dance, like something ancient and instinctual that doesn't have a clean modern name.
You may experience hands-on energy work that feels familiar to Reiki — gentle, warm, deeply relaxing. Or something more activating — a powerful opening of your central channel that some describe as electric or expansive. Often both happen in the same session.
Alyssa may also spend a lot of time away from the table, working in your auric field. Clearing, reweaving, restoring what's been disrupted, or architecting a field of sacred remembrance for your expansion.
Sacred sound moves through the work — toning, humming, light language, and singing. The songs that emerge feel ancient and personal simultaneously. They carry frequencies that words cannot hold. Many clients find themselves moved to tears without knowing why, and feel lighter immediately after.
Sometimes the work opens into something deeper. An inner child who has been waiting to be seen and heard. An ancestral pattern ready to be released from the lineage. A part of yourself that fractured away during a difficult time, finding its way home.
Whatever wants to happen — happens. Whatever needs to heal — heals. You are held in complete safety throughout, knowing that everything that occurs is for your highest good.
When it's complete, you'll sit up slowly and debrief. Alyssa will share what moved through the session and you'll have space to share what you experienced.

What to Expect
for virtual sessions in the sacred space of your own home
Sacred energy work does not require physical presence to be real or effective. Distance is not a barrier to what moves in the energetic field.
Before your session you'll receive a preparation guide — how to create a simple sacred space at home, what to have nearby, how to prepare your body and your environment to receive the work.
We'll open the session together on Zoom — lighting a candle, perhaps some incense or smudge, calling in the sacred space as a shared ceremonial opening. Then you'll make yourself comfortable lying down, and the session begins.
From there the experience is remarkably similar to in-person — the energy moves, the sound travels, the field opens. You may feel warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, or a deep stillness that feels unlike ordinary rest. You may receive insights or visions. You may simply feel held in a way you cannot quite explain.
When it's complete we'll come back together to debrief and integrate what moved through.
